Session 12: Setting Up Your Own Outreach (Changing the world, one interview at a time)

Why it is important:

IDL grows through application and service. Teaching others consolidates one’s own mastery and extends transformation into the collective.

How it works:

Outreach multiplies learning through relational mirroring: the interviewer learns as much as the client. It also aligns personal growth with transpersonal purpose.

Interview to Engage:

Interview “Service,” “The Future of IDL,” or “A Child in Need.”

Application/Homework:

• Plan one outreach project (e.g., family member, school, therapy group).
• Conduct and record one supervised interview.
• Reflect on lessons learned from facilitating transformation in others.
