Purpose:

  •   World culture is a mess.
  •   World culture scripts children in toxic ways despite good parents or a good local culture.
  •   Children grow up and transfer their toxic scripting to their children, down through successive generations.
  •   IDL Dream Yoga takes the initiative in transforming global culture, from the inside out and the bottom up, starting with our own relationships.
  •     “Inside out” means changing our internalized culture to align it with emerging potentials and our innate life compass.
  •     “Bottom up” means teaching children to build an authentic, non-toxic culture before an adaptive/toxic culture becomes solidified.
  •   Build two “Sanghas” or sacred communities:
    •    The first is external, made up of those who share the above goals and the IDL methodology, for support and accountability in daily implementing IDL Dream Yoga.
    •    The second is internal, made up of characters that have been interviewed previously, for cybernetic self-correction, confidence building, and support.

Goals:

  •  Healing, Balancing, Transformation.
  • Learning to interview your dreams, personifications of your life issues, and transpersonal experiences, like visitations, mystical experiences, and synchronicities.
  •   Interviewing with a study partner to develop interviewing skills while developing competence and confidence.
  •   Interviewing children, to change the world from the inside out and bottom up.
  •   Interviewing a target population of your choice, like people with nightmares, anxiety disorders, or PTSD, battered spouses, couples, or families.
  •   Producing falsifiable research in established journals to build credibility and spread the word among caregivers of children.
