Overview/Program Description
On line, every other week, 2 hours per session
12 sessions / 24 total hours.
You can enter at any session; completion of all 12 sessions is required for certification.

IDL Dream Yoga Coaching Certification (Level 1)
What you will learn:
- IDL Dream Yoga Interviewing of dreams, life issues, transpersonal experiences
- Interviewing of self and others, including children
- Applying recommendations and monitoring your progress
- Setting up your own IDL coaching practice
Healing:
- Reducing toxic scripting
- Eliminating toxic emotional drama
- Eliminating delusional thinking that sabotages your development
Balancing:
- Goal setting that aligns your goals with the innate priorities of your life compass
- Assertiveness in your relationships, thinking, and dreams
- Triangulation: superior problem-solving
Transformation:
- Effective meditation
- Pranayama: breathwork for transformation and balancing
- Pre-sleep dream incubation: setting intent to support healing, balancing, transformation
In addition to attending sessions in the series you will:
- Work with fellow students to apply and monitor your progress
- Receive supplemental reading assignments

Professionals & General Public: Normally 1,125.00; Now $900.00 (20% discount: $75 per session, $37.50 per hour)
