Concern About a Rotten Roof

I am walking on a roof. Some of it is rotten. A man and woman arrive. The man is going to report the damage to the owner; the man is concerned about it. I am worried about being held responsible for it and begin thinking about how I can fix it. They have a son who I help find a way down off rocks onto the ground
